Nile Empire ("we", "us") operates nileempire.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use our website or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. Information you give us. When you submit an enquiry, tailor-made request, or cruise/tour form, you provide details such as your name, email, phone number, nationality or country, travel dates, number of travellers, trip interests, and any message you send.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect standard technical and usage data (IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and how you reached us) through analytics tools, to understand how the site is used and improve it.
Payments. We do not collect card or bank details through this website, so none are stored here. After we confirm availability and your final price, payment is arranged separately by secure payment link or bank transfer.
We use Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) to measure traffic and improve our content. These tools set cookies that collect anonymous usage data. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our forms from spam, and a translation tool to offer the site in other languages. You can control or block cookies in your browser settings; doing so may affect some features.
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes and itineraries, send a confirmation of your request, arrange and support your trip, answer questions, and improve our website. We may contact you about your enquiry or booking. We do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to.
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the website and respond to you: our email-delivery provider, our analytics and security providers, and the local suppliers needed to arrange a trip you requested. We do not sell your personal information. Some providers process data outside Egypt; where that happens we rely on their standard data-protection safeguards.
We keep enquiry and booking information for as long as needed to assist you and to meet legal or accounting requirements, then delete or anonymise it. Analytics data is retained per our analytics provider's settings.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop using it. Email info@nileempire.com and we will respond as required by applicable law.
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.
