To Secure Payment:
To secure your payment you must inform Nile Empire of your request. We’ll get back to you soon with the rest of the information needed in order to confirm your travel arrangements. You must confirm these details and pay a deposit if required.
Amendments by the Client:
Any changes made to the original bookings are subject to availability.
Payment Policy:
Nile Empire require a 25% deposit to confirm your reservation in most cases. However, when your package includes a flight or 5 star accommodation a up to 40% deposit will be required and one of our representatives will contact you to discuss your payment options.
Cancellation:
To cancel your reservation, please email the Company with written confirmation. Cancellation fees may apply depending on when you decide to cancel your booking and the type of reservation. There are cancellation fees on all domestic flights within Egypt, as well. We charge a cancellation fee when cancelling within 3-1 days before arrival date and/or no show case.
Refunds:
Most refunds are made back into the original account and using the exact same method as the payment.
Accommodation:
In most cases, accommodation will be offered upon guest’s request and will be processed manually depending on the guest’s demands, yet our luxury category has built in accommodation for tours that include Nile cruises.
Flights:
Domestic Flights:
The programs can quote the average cost of flights with a rough idea of the time they’ll arrive. If you need to make changes to a previously booked flight or ask for specific travel plans, there’s a chance that this may affect your total price.
Responsibility:
The Company acts only as an agent for the participants in regard to travel, whether by rail, road, boat, aircraft, or any other mode of transport, and assumes no liability for injury, illness, damage, loss, accident or delay caused by the following: weather events; acts of God; forces of nature; acts of government or other authorities, wars, riots, labor disputes, riots, thefts, mechanical failures, quarantine or omissions, delays, cancellations or changes by hotels, carriers or restaurants. We are not responsible for any additional costs.
Children’s Policy:
For sightseeing tours & shore excursions
Under 6 years old: free of charge
Under 12: 50% of the total amount of personal travel.
All children over the age of 12 are considered adults.
Children may incur additional charges if the sightseeing tour includes domestic flights.
Complaints:
If you have a complaint during your stay in Egypt, please let the company know immediately as most issues can be resolved quickly. If the problem persists, please call us while you are still on the tour before returning home.
Acceptance of the agreement:
The contract entered into by us accepting your reservation constitutes the entire agreement between you and us in accordance with these terms and conditions.
