By booking a tour or service with Nile Empire, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, which form the official agreement between you (the “Client”) and Nile Empire (the “Company”).
Your tour price includes only the services explicitly listed in the confirmed itinerary. All other expenses—such as visa fees, personal spending, meals not mentioned, or optional activities—are excluded.
Clients are responsible for securing all required travel documents, including passports (valid for at least 6 months), visas, and health certificates, if needed. Nile Empire bears no responsibility for denied entry due to missing or invalid documentation.
Nile Empire acts only as an agent for the traveler in arranging transport (road, rail, air, boat), accommodation, and activities. We assume no liability for:
Additional expenses due to any of the above are the responsibility of the traveler.
Clients are expected to respect local laws, customs, and cultural sensitivities. Nile Empire reserves the right to remove any traveler whose behavior is disruptive, dangerous, or offensive—without refund.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g. war, political unrest, natural disaster, pandemic), Nile Empire may cancel or modify services. While we will strive to offer alternatives or credits, no liability or compensation shall be provided for changes due to force majeure.
If an issue arises, please inform Nile Empire immediately during your trip so we can assist. Complaints received after your return may be harder to address.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of Cairo.
