Nile Empire acts solely as an agent for transport, accommodation, and third-party services. We are not liable for:

Clients must respect Egyptian laws and customs. Nile Empire may terminate services without refund for any disruptive, offensive, or dangerous behavior.
In case of war, natural disasters, pandemics, or other unforeseen events, Nile Empire reserves the right to cancel or modify services. While credits or alternatives may be offered when possible, no refunds or compensation are guaranteed in these situations.
Please report any issues during your trip so we can assist in real time. Complaints received only after return may be harder to resolve.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cairo.
